I don't have fat because of Kung-Fu training.
That's why you can see my veins.
It's basically because my arms can't get a lot stronger than they are now,
or I need to try to get a lot heavier.
Which I am trying to, but I cannot..
I understand I'm really thin too. All I could gain, long time ago when I went to the gym and ate protein crap and a lot of chicken and high caloric food, was 4 pounds in 1 year, almost nothing.
