Clean Cut:
Your movements are kinda choppy.
You got decent power on the split, but I think you could've gotten a boom there.
The glute kick was ok, not much flow there.
Nice to Knee You:
Same as above, your movements are a bit twitchy, especially on the opener.
I was fond of the opener, too much random arm movement.
Glute split got ok power.
Didn't like the transition between the kick and the knee.
Overall, you did ok. Work on your movement a bit though.
