The only way to become a ToriAgent: Do not ask if you can be one. Wait for the appropriate polls to be held. Be active and helpful within the community, and visit the community's IRC network regularly.

Like 3vi1 said, don't just ask. It'll just get you flamed.
If everyone could become a toriagent just by asking and making a thread, hell we would have a whole section for applications which noone could be bothered approving and such.

I thought it was because of the you-know-who's. It kinda blows anyway, because I got a lot of votes. Even a vote from hampa himself. But It's cool though.
