I see you already had some sync there thou with using the twixtor to make replays faster or slower would be better opinion for some syncs.

also you could get better color corrections with "magic bullet looks"

Apparently it is the best way to have a reduced weight file. I also use the H.264, and the output is a low-weight mp4 video. Although, I don't have the reduced render time, it is actually a bit longer than the others. It usually take 15-25 mins.
