Well with what you just said, I have this to say.
At least cigarettes don't make you high, weed is like alcohol in smoke form. Driving under the influence law would be rendered only for alcohol if Marijuana was legalized, so how about you go drive while high and see how healthy that is? Or better yet, let's have EVERYONE do that and see how the outcome is.
Mary J is classified as a drug because it dramatically temporarily decreases motor skills and the ability to think, unlike cigarettes. Cigarettes don't get you high, but they have a worse health effect than mary j, whilst mary j only decreases motor skills with less health defects. It's a fine line between which should be legalized and which should be outlawed, because compared to each other, they have negative and positive effects that makes them basically equal in different effects, so they keep them the same.
