The mouth does need to go or at least be changed. Right now it doesn't fit the rest of the picture. imo have a sort of pattern or style for a head then follow through. The effects to a jet black mouth just don't help the head

I kinda only had it there to find out where a mouth should go

I'm pretty crap out of ideas on what more it needs rn so any ideas would be appreciated

You need to work on your mesh, blend or whatever you used xD
and you should add some face shades especially for the eyes, nose and think about mouth shade.
The white and black thing you did doesn't really suit well, you shouldn't make a pattern but draw over it and design something cool.
otherwise it needs much more work :P
