Dalir, a role-model of our community, was seen (and has admitted) to offending someone for a family members death. (Even though the said family member could be 100% well and alive, those in a position to lead others must never directly offend fellow community members)

To whom it may concern. I am writing this on the behalf of Dalir and YoungBl00d, two active members and valuable forum contributers. They are currently under probation and/or ban for the events surrounding Megadoomers alleged family death and items search. YoungBl00d has been banned from the forums, and Dalir has been stripped of his moderator priveledges.

This letter is my appeal for a turnover on all terms. Please, hear me out, as this is somewhat lengthly.

I was directly involved with megadoomer thoughout the incident, and was, as I believe, scammed as I will demonstrate later. First of all, though, let me show what I believe is undeniable proof that this whole incident was a farce on megadoomer's part.


To begin, this is from an conversation that he and I had on IRC.

Instantly this should be suspicious... a 2 day turnaround for a suicide? (most death/funeral time spans are closer to 4 days, and suicides are longer because they must confirm the exact cause of death and rule out foul play)

Further verifying the time, if you refer to the following thread-

You will see that he claims she commited suicide approximately 5 hours after breafast. (which he later changes to 4) Even assuming a late breakfast, that still places it around 12-1PM.

You will find not only was he doing things around the time of her death, but directly before, during, and directly thereafter.

He states her that he was making breakfast when his mom chose the colors. However, in our personal IRC chat, he states something quite contradictory.

Finally, in addition to the rest of this, I would like to address megadoomer's items request.

He wanted QS force, which I have been searching for for months. I finally found someone to sell it to me for 40k. When I heard of his situation, I offered to resell my newly found prize for 30k. He said it was too much since he still wanted to buy dragon lax and a dragon gradient. I said, ok, I will take the hit on this, what price would you like for it? He responded via PM, 27k. This was odd to me, since he only had 34k or so at the time (of which, strangely, 27k had been donated to him for this incident with his mom). What really disturbed me was that the remaining amount of TC he had was just what he needed to fulfill... His head texture request in the requests forum. So, essentially, he used the money that was donated to him (and NO more) to buy ONE item for his mom's 'tribute' item set... and then he spent the rest on a head texture. A head texture that he requested before the incident with his mom, but oddly enough matches these items that she picked out...

Coincidence? I think not.


So, as you can see. Megadoomer's story does not hold up to his own accounts, and there is more than suspicious activity.


Granted, youngbl00d and Dalir's actions were less than becoming. But this is the internet, and it is a cruel and harsh place. Far worse things could have happened. I believe that Youngbl00d and Dalir have both considered the reprocussions of their actions, and are truly remorseful. They are both active participators and assets to the toribash community, and I believe it would have a negative effect to keep the ban on Youngbl00d, and to remove Dalir as a moderator.

So, to conclude, I implore you to reverse these punishments. The damage has been done, the lessons have been learned. Any furthering of this action will only take away from the forums and Toribash. Please reconsider.

Please understand, also, that I do not wish to smear Megadoomer in any way. His story, shaky as it may seem, may after-all be true. I do not wish to pursue any action in regards to the QS Force, it is merely an item. I am writing this only with intentions of helping two stand-up individuals that I believe are each a great contribution to the forums.
