I have dreams that come true too, they only short though but when it happesn I remember dreaming about it and am like whoah wtf lol. I think I can also lucid dream kinda, but it has to be morning like just b4 I wake up and then I can. Have you tried to astral project/have an obe? It sounds fun lol u leave ur body in ur spirit and then u can go fly around and shit lol.
Also I can do telekinesis, watch me move my arm just by thinking about it.

But in all seriousness, this is just deja vu and the placebo effect as someone said earlier. And about the tv thing, even if it's on mute it makes a really quiet high pitched noise. It's high enough that if you're old enough you probably won't hear the actual noise but will still be able to tell when it's there. I can tell when my tv is on in my room from down the hall with the door closed. I'm not telepathic I just have ears.
