First off I hate lag. Lag is bad.

Second, I hate having to walk like 9284712987409287 miles because you don't have a horse or something. Walking around should not be how you spend the majority of the time.

Third, I hate it when a creature that can pwn you is just running after you and you have to run and run and run and run and run and run until finally you find a way to live. Kinda dumb.
The thing I hate the most in free MMORPGs is the extremely shallow customization. Many free MMORPGs only let you choose a job, and not a specific gender. The genders always come with the job. So if you want to make a healer-type character, but you also want a male character, you'll just have hope the healers are male. There's also that one weapon type per job thing. For instance, a knight can only equip swords, and healers can only equip staves. You can make your character a lot more unique if you master a highly unorthodox weapon for your class. (A cleric pwning a horde of monsters with a ball and chain would be awesome.)

mixed classes would rock!too bad nobody's smart enuf to make a game with em yet.
i also dislike that, when you choose a class, you gotta kick ass and collect like 10000 somethings.BORING.
also, classes.all the games have rangers,buff-machines,mages and swordmans.NOTHING interesting.
the fact that if you find a place where monsters cant reach you,you can't shoot em with your bow!wtf?!
and ofcourse i'd say, that,NO MORE MEDIEVALS!someone make a time travel(you can play sci-fi,fantasy,and in your own times) mmorpg and it would plain rock.imagine a knight pwning hitler =DD
or a spaceship fighting a dragon...
unlimited possibilities...
also,THE WORLD.too small.most world are a bit of forest and ~4citys.
also, you die if you walk in water,or theres a invisible wall right next to the water.(Xept WoW)
all i can think of
ADTerminal, I don't mean to put you on the spot or anything, but have you guys ever finished this MMO?

I've recently started looking at Guild Wars, and I really like how they handle skills, where you can rearrange your skill points whenever you're in a town. One of the reasons why I did not like playing Diablo 2 was because if you made just one mistake while making your character, all of a sudden you were worse than anyone else. An MMO should be fun, not work.
um...the fact that "you can use this sword, but for some reason you cant use this other one untill you level up" (the same with all items like that)
