I actually have to switch out between a few accessories because I have like 7 that I always use for different things. It's pretty nice actually.
My main accessories are the Flippers, Cobalt Shield, Lucky Horseshoe, Rocket Boots, and the Feral Claws. Those are the usual ones that I use most often, but under certain circumstances I will trade it up a bit and use Band of Regeneration and the Obsidian Skull.
