Blatantly one of the worst apps i've seen in a while.
Try re forming your app , maybe actually spend less than 5mins writing the app , also i'd like to know why you chose rust over any other clan. Honestly i think you just randomly stumble onto us and decided to app .

And no there is no rule against applying again. However if you apply over and over with apps that are shitty one after the other as you get denied, we'll have a problem.
