its my honest prediction that pikarus will "not" reclaim his account, in turn alot of hard working icof members "Wont" and "will" leave and in turn icof "Will" die.

Well promotions occur when someone is proven worthy of that promotion, and I do believe that Pikarus is the only one to promote people. This was if he is absent, no promotions happens. And technically, Masterkaos is already taking the leadership for now, jsut not promoting.

I'm guessing that Pikarus has a secret method of firguring out when someone should be promoted, as in if they do something good for the clan's name, or wins a certain number of tournaments, stuff like that. I'm sure that if MasterKaos or Jago knew of this method, they would be taking over Pikarus' absence already and promoting members themselves.

In my opinion, I don't really think we need to vote on anything, it's pretty much a mutiny to force the Co-Founders to promote members.

I just say trust the Founders, let them decide what to do, it's all going to work out in the end. It always does.

But what I am wondering about is where MasterKaos went off to.

Well i don't think that icof is all about promotions and stuff, because pikarus' absence has pretty much made this clan fall apart, so I think we might as well forget about the ranks for now and just be a clan until either pikarus returns or masterkaos or jago fully takes over his position

i agree with both of you, but ranks do matter to some people...like dj apparently, and hes been here for more than a month i don't think he should still be a pfc....but by all means tell me I'm wrong lol....i mean even if its just 1 rank up just give him something to let him know hes variable....apart from good times there's nothing to say we even want him here, which i do, and im sure i speak for everyone in saying that we all do. and in honesty i haven't noticed a single promotion in pikarus's absence, and i think its childish to let a clan go to pot just because the leader is MIA so to speak, so as stated i vote masterkaos as new leader "Until pikarus returns" believe me i think pikarus is awesome, a good pal, but he cant be away this long and expect the clan to prosper, we need at least a temporary replacement
