hmmmm good point. i forgot about his instant cast e. but it depends on how youre able to land your combos in lategame. kassīs lategame is way easier to execute.

@NoCheerios: every good Tierlist i know (not that i am too much into those) places fizz in tier 4 or lower...
Iīd say if you dont act like a retard and get yourself killed (which happens really easily, fE with tigerstance udyr. many people underestimate his level 1 dmg output) youre coming out ahead in mid/late. IMO fizz isnt a strong pick in first or second place. i can imagine him as a 4th or 5th pick to counterpick some specific champs but else i dont really think hes that good.

your scores dont tell anything about the strengh of a champ.
cassio is one of the most OP champs in the game and my w/l ratio still is only 33% to 66%(my score actually is 4:1 but thats another thing)
My malz w/l is 75% ... still cassio is BOZZ and malz is crap.
i am totally on oracles side there.
