-> Make sure new members match the thread from pikarus "Respect is a privilege"
-> Dont recruit a "shovelboy". Let him grow up....
-> Minimum Belt is Black Belt. Lesser belts can be a Clan-Apprentice [iCoF-AP]
-> There may only be 3 maximum Apprentices at any given moment after now. (We may have passed that limit, so until we have 2 or less Apprentices, people lower than black will have to be placed onto a waiting list.
