We are running low on members. (Active ones) We have some cool members but it's not enough for Piratez. I kicked some of them because of inactivty. And looking at our roster everything looks pretty messed up as there are only few lower ranked members. Everything should be more stable. I'd like to give these people promotions but I can't due to not leaving a gap.

So post your ideas for recruitment. We need more people like in the old times. Maybe we can get some cool people in Piratez by putting up a thread in Recruitment Center. Or making an event. I really hope this will atract some members.


Also I don't really want to do it alone. Cause there won't be any fun for me. I liked it when we shared duties and organised stuff seriously and actually tried to achive something.

Post your ideas or something do some work, perhaps post a sample for now.
