4. Doesn't look like you even care about your posts either since you didn't even capitalize your I's.
5. I'm pretty sure the requirement is still 2nd Dan and up.
I'm a black belt but I have the skill of a 10th Dan in aikaido. Anyone in this clan that has faced me knows this. In other words, belt ranks mean nothing since some people actually BUY their QI since they were green belts.

DNX pretty much summed up my thoughts.
Also, DNX, you can't really judge people by their post count. T'is illegal and what not.
