i hope u are not using windows movie maker
here is some good ways to sync the video(AAE):
1.Shift+(1-9) this will save frame u are currently in to a position
2.u should see the wave form in the sound the bass drop or any sudden sounds should be obvious
3.zoom innn and lower your Frame rate for like 5 or 10(this will make it slow motion which will be easier
