Why do so many people say it doesnt require 'skills'?
If it's the first time you've played it and you think you've done good, congratulations, you know and have experience with playing first person shooters, meaning you have some knowledge and/or skills of how CoD works (in regard to controls).
If you do completely horrible, as chamara suggested, congratulations, you are either new to FPS's or do not play them regularly or do lack in hand eye co-ordination.

There's your argument, CoD DOES require 'skill' in order to be consistenly good at the game, as with any other.

Indeed, it does require skill, and it improves your reaction time slowly whilst you play. So, fps are great games, it doesn't matter it being COD or AvA or any, they all do.
Apart from that, COD also requires strategy, to know where to move safely, where the re-spawn points are, where to kill most people at once, etc.

Well, I uninstalled LoL, because when I was patching, it keeps saying it can't be patch, tryed it multiple time, doesn't work
