He doesn't seem very forum active to me . Also what's the point in having him in the clan if he says he takes elongated breaks frequently? Another observation of mine is that he probably only wants to join because he is a friend of inf's.

No I used to take elongated breaks. I wanna join because this clan has my good friends in it and I think its the best clan. I feel the most comfortable here and not anywhere else. I was in this clan twice before and I messed up both times but I won't this time.
