Well cartoon, People have these things called Time Zones, Jobs, Personal Lifes, and

possiably School. You won't see everybody on at the same time as you, due to

Time Zones. Jobs might and probably will be a factor to there playing time. There

Personal lifes.... Well you can think how that gets in the way. But I do agree that

members should at least check on the ICOF fourms at least once a day. I'm still

checking on ICOF and I'm not even in it anymore.
