guys one thing is pricking me for a while and i think we should stop being so much worried about the belts and qi of new recruitees
it looks so much weird when we ask what's your belt or we only want 3rd dan and ups
I mean we can just say no if we think someone doesn't meet our expections rather than directly judging or rejecting only on the basis of qi
