Its not hard to make a texture i just open the layer's and add a Photo
I never knew how to make it transparent , cause i never tried

what program are using
u can make it that way be selecting the parts u want to transper and delete them(using delete)
I could have told u to use alpha to transparent (uses the color u want to make it transparent)
but i already have whiteness i guess
googling will help u alot too ^_^
