What you do is go to a store (iunno, somewhere like a convenience store) and buy a prepaid credit card! You can get them in 10$, 20$, or 50$. That's what I did, and theres no personal information, so the worst thing that could happen is its a bad site and you lose 20$. If its safe, then its all good.
