lol. When I first started playing toribash 2+ years ago, I had no idea what irc was.
People have to learn things somehow. If you are gonna reject a person because he doesnt know what a program that has nothing to do with his skill level ingame is, then you guys are idiots.
And I dont mean that just for the guy you are rejecting; I mean you are right to not let him in and stuff, but for anyone in the future that you reject for such reasons.
Also aslask, I dont need to join sigma. I am the sum of this clan's awesomeness already. Which isnt much still

First of all, if you don't know what something is, Google it. I had no idea what IRC was either, until I Googled it. It's not that fucking hard.
I don't want to make it seem in any way that I know why members are a part of this clan, but I like the fact that we aren't rejecting people left, right and centre for not being good at Toribash (I wouldn't be here if that was the case :S). It's simply a game. Being in a clan, in my opinion, is more than just playing together. The reason why the IRC question is in the application is because we are a clan that talks a lot in IRC, discussing what's going on in our lives, around the world or ingame. A member wouldn't feel completely in the loop in Sigma without IRC.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but posting in a clan forum without their permission, nor blessing, can get an infraction of some sort. The reason why clans have forums, is to keep trash out of their conversations. Unless you are adding something useful, whether it be critical or praise, please don't post here again.
