The reason you're silver because that's the rank you currently deserve, not because of bad teammates or anything. Practice your aim and spray control and your burst-firing, improve your gamesense and positioning, and try to add friends in soloqueue that are good teammates (not teammates that just frag and complain, they don't win very often).

I play almost 100% solo-queue. After my first 10 wins, I placed Silver 1. I was stuck in Silver until my 200th win, where I got Gold Nova 1. After that, it took me 100 more wins to get to DMG and 50 more wins to get to LEM, and then my PC broke and I didn't play for months.

Right now, since my first win which got me MG2, I've won 13 matches with 2 ties and 1 loss in-between (mostly by myself, maybe 2 of those with one friend who bottomfragged but was a decent teammate) and I'm steadily getting more DMGs and LEs in my matches (I've already ranked back up to MGE as well).

I haven't even started practicing again. I play a few matches in one sitting every two days or so, yet I'm still ranking up fairly easily because of my aim and gamesense and never being toxic to teammates.

TL;DR: Essentially, even if you can get a few neat frags, you are still silver because you suck as a teammate. Posts like yours where you claim to be "good but can't rank up" are mildly offensive to the players who know they aren't good but are striving to improve, regardless.

Also to those who worked hard on improving and then ranked up only to be told that it means nothing because "it's only about teammates".

I got LEM these days solo queue-ing, but if you don't have prime, you just can't play competitive games, its full of hackers ¬¬

Bought esea again. God damnit rank C is absolute nightmare.
Went 50 - 7 - 20, barely won. This is like playing with DMGs
Last 12 games I've been top RWS in 11 and still have only won 7 and lost 4.
Feels like elo hell even tho I'm climbing.

Seriously would have more fun in MM atm.
