I googled meat boy and the stock image is the first result. Perica probably had a similar head but clearly the guy just added headphones to the stock. Anyhow thanks for informing Cris. You can post here if you wish to, I don't really mind.

I've seen that head before... on chickenpox's or perica's old avvy I guess, I don't remember
