maos i met paegan...he's good..he's lower than black..but thats his other acc(he's 7th dan)..don't worry i tested him..if u want that other test him fine.

Zilla, If you tested Paegan, You need to make a thread with his name saying

Paegan- In or Out.

Or something like that.

And post the replays of the Mods you tested him in, (Aikido, WushuFixed, Judo, Kickbox.)

Then the members of ICOF vote.
