It's so hard to say who is the best. There are so many different modes, and nobody is amazing at all of them.
And yes, quite a lot of the time is may be based around luck.
There is no limit to what can happen in a multiplayer match, basically saying that there is no true "best" player.

I would say NutHug in single player, no doubt.

In Multiplayer, I think I'll say T1cux (Or however it's spelled). He's pretty awesome at every mod, even if there are people able to beat him in every individual mod. He's the best allrounder in my eyes.

im on of the 5 best Green Belts at Aikidos that is the first account.

im not a trolled , but i can win against lots of black belts and stuff and its my first account , today for example i got 4 streak in a row against a 4th dan belt guy and against a 8 dan belt guy.

sumu i have played with u today and u were good but there is lots of awesome green belts at akido with one account. u are good but not in top 5 lol

oh ok :P i only saw 2 green belts that beated me and wasnt lucky so i tough i was in top 5 i must get better
