Hello, can you please make me one head.

Bassic despriction: Emo head headset, eyes looking down/looking sad, shut mouth, dark saphire blue hair with like aqua lightening or streaks. please

Color scheme: Saphire/ blue/ aqua. ( colours like blue, light blue, dark, etc. ) please.

Inspiration: none.

Customization: just like lightening coming from the back of the head please?

Effects: (stuff like shadows or glow) -- Both please?
Size: 256X256.

If its too hard or anything ill simplify it.
I can send you 10TC or something if it helps speed up the process?
