I think we shouldn't. We should judge by their maturity because there might be some very mature young players that we could miss...

min age requarement is nice ;p and it will be the same.
if some 1 is actin mature but under requared age we can skip this requarement ;p
but sure as exception

we used age requarement before, to get in the clan ppl with same, or near same age, cuz ppl at same age probably have more common interests... i guess...
and since most of us is kinda 16 or older i guess this requarement is neccesary

it doesnt mean if ppl under 16 cant join.. this mean that we will test em more seriously... and if we will think that they fit us they will be in...
