A quad kick with alternating legs each time. Dismember each time.
First kick: Knee.
Second kick: Hip or abs.
Third kick: Pecs or chest.
Fourth kick: Head.

Or, if you can't be bothered, do a 540 drop kick.

alirght, so use your arm to rip off your other arm, then used the rip off arm to decap yourself, and then chuck your decaped head at uke, and use that head to decap uke. ^_^. 1000 engage distance >:O
