I thought the world would end in 2012. Who keeps changing the dates? But I do not believe the world will end because the guy is probably getting paid to say it, and they are doing it for profit, so the world will prolly not end so don't be paranoid and move on with your lives.

They said the same thing about 2000, 2004, 6/6/06, I think I heard something about 2010, and even 2012. If the world ends in 3 days, would you think that people would find out much sooner than now? So far people have been more scared about 2000 and 2012. Is there some kind of conspiracy behind it?

Also I'm pretty sure the world will pretty much end in like 5 billion years when the sun collapses upon itself and a black hole will suck earth and everything else in it.

I'm an atheist so I don't believe in any date being determined by a holy book of any religion. As some people have said "The world has already been predicted to end before," I will explain the truth (CONSPIRACY) The government know lots of planets just like Earth in space and they have manufactured them to look exactly the same, when a world is going to end they teleport us in our sleep, or even while we're awake (Well my theory is just as good as the world ending in 2012 theory)

Doomsday will not destroy the Earth, that's just how people interpret it. If doomsday was to come than it would probably wipe out humans and most animals of our time period. Doomsday like occurrences have happened before on the Earth 6 times as a matter of fact so the probability of a 7th doomsday like occurrence is highly likely in my opinion. However it will probably not occur for many more years maybe when the Yellowstone volcano finally erupts. however the world will not end on May 21st. I guarantee this. The bible says that the anti-christ and christ are supposed to emerge and "battle" and make themselves known before the world ends and that has not happened so the world ending on may 21st would just be a complete biblical contradiction "Daniel 8:23-25- And in the latter time of their kingdom, when the transgressors are come to the full, a king of fierce countenance, and understanding dark sentences, shall stand up.

However this all started because of a christian man named "Harold Camping" who spent his life savings (140k) on advertising the end of the world. Supposedly "The remains of all the believers…will be…glorified…the bodies of all unsaved people will be thrown out upon the ground to be shamed." In my opinion this is just a scam to make bank and the fact that it's actually working saddens me. All of this hype was caused by a single lunatic. It just takes one person with alot of money to thier disposal and a very boring life to disrupt the peaceful lives of innocent people who don't know any better than to believe everything they hear on the fucking news like my own mom for example. Not to mention the damn selfish beliefs of religious fanatics that believe that people who don't believe in god despite how good of a person they are, will be punished for doing absolutely nothing wrong but having their own independent beliefs. Jews believe that when everyone dies, in heaven they are supposed to become angels and everyone else is supposed to serve them like slaves. Christians believe that only they will go to heaven and everyone else will die horribly, Islam believes they are supposed to get 72 virgins in heaven and so forth. Doomsday was created by selfish religious fanatics who believe that heaven will only be to their benefit.

What the hell are you talking about ice age? Teleporting 'n stuff like that isn't even possible, at least for a LONG time. Teleporting us to an engineered world? What the hell are you talking about? 1st of all, NASA can't even get past the god dam* moon, so how in the hell would we "manufacture new worlds and teleport to them"? Plus, we all live in different timezones, so there will never be a time in humanity where everyone on the entire earth is asleep. Sorry if I sound like an a-hole, but that was some of the stupidest things i've ever heard along woth doomsday on May 21st.

The only way I think doomsday will come is either when a meteor hits the earth (one just barely missed the earth buy a couple hundred thousand miles, for the first time in MANY years, so we're good for another 100k years [most likely]), the sun explodes (that will happen in a LONG time, and, space engineers are looking for ways to "refuel" if you will, the sun) and 3rd, a "big crunch" (opposite of the "big bang") may occur, according to some astrologists.
