I agree, your hips are nothing without your glutes, and it's easy to go on with a hip fracture than it is with a glute fracture. Your neck is also very important, and I find it funny how many people over look the neck. I use it most to save myself from hitting the ground, and it normally works.
I also use the neck to prevent decaps, but I don't always see a decap coming, so it's not a flawless idea. I would say these are the most important body parts;
