I happen to be a bit of a strong man, not so much in definition and mass-building, but practical strength (competitions n' such). Carb-loading is good, but only if you burn it off by your work-out regiment.
I'm what some people call "scary big" This pic maybe doesn't do a whole lot to portray that, but I'm all about a mixture of class and stupidity.

A powerlifter? That's cool haha, I might powerlift in highschool. What are your stats?
and Tim. The reason is is because you're an ectomorphic body type and your metabolism is very fast. Literally, you must eat ALOT and lift HARD. But muscle building is based around genetics heavily.
