Step 1.Hold all,contract left knee, contract left hip, extend right hip, extend both ankles, left rotate chest, left bend lumbar.

Step 2.extend left hip, extend left glute, right rotate chest, right bend lumbar.

There, you should've kicked uke's leg off.
Heres another
((Repeat Step 1))extend both pecs.

((Repeat Step 2))

contract both knees, extend left hip, contract right hip
space(20 frames)
extend right knee
space(10 frames)
There, you should've kicked uke in half.
You can tweak these moves to come up with a lot better kicks.
