Silly.
On a more important note, YOU THERE ZAYEX.
Your last post was far less idiotic, good job, and I agree with you on most parts, however I still think that playing violent video games doesn't make you less sensitive to taking the life of another human being.
I grew up a gamer and have played numerous over-the-top violent videos games (manhunt, clocktower, splatterhouse, any zombie game ever, gow, fallout etc etc) and I wouldn't be able to bring myself to kill someone unless I or a person I cared about was in danger.
Although that could be just me being a harmless-at-times-stoner-gamer
I further await a rebuttal.
I know kids who go to a hippie waldorf school, who have never played a videogame in their entire life, who have said "I would never take a life, all life is sacred, and I wouldn't be able to handle the guilt" and other white trash kids I know who play videogames all day have said "I'd kill someone, if I needed to, like if they took my things"
And I tested this on myself, as well. Four years ago, I thought murder and death in general was a really big and scary thing. Then I watched all of the gore videos, played the games, even gotten into some bad fights, and I went from being someone who thought death was this terrlble and important thing, to someone who does not fear death, would not hesitate to kill anyone doing me harm, and feels no mercy for disgusting murderers like this kid. In fact, I was a hippie child myself. Four years from being a hippie child, and I turned into a desensitized, cold, remorseless, realistic universalist who also has a fantastic comedic side.
But yes, I have threatened to kill people who've caused my trouble, and I would indeed kill them if they ever started something (Vandalism, theft, murder, etc) If I was never on any electronic media at all, I would be more compationate.
