Powas, of all the gm's you're the most annoying one. Not because you suck at your job, nor are you a bad player, but your behaviour against others is rather "rough"?

My reasons for not bothering to come to tourneys are mostly because most gm's act like assholes, when you talk friendly to them it seems like you're a inferior being, and when you ask questions they get mad.

And yea, why would I bother joining because of a timer/trail worth 100-500 tc?

I don't really see what you mean by them acting like assholes, all the current gamemasters are extremely social people.

I am who I am, I know what my, hm, 'defects' are but I'm not ashamed of them.
I don't mute/kick/ban players without a reason, I don't have superiority complex as it really took me some time to get GM position and I want to keep it for as long as I'm able to fulfill my duties properly, I do socialize with players as much I can, I always try to start dicussion about different topics on my server, it depends on players if they want to interact, tho.
I'm honest and I find honesty as one of the most important characteristic. If I feel that you do fucked up something, I'll tell you that, If I find your actions to be stupid, I'll warn you and probably call you an idiot if what you're doing is excessive.
I don't hold grudges, I prefer clear situations and I don't hide my opinions about the others.
I don't expect anyone to love me.
If you're upset about something, feel free to spit it out, here or via PM, doesn't make any difference to me, I'm not affraid of discussing cases in public.

As for the prizes, I've already stated my opinion several times, I won't repeat myself again.

Oh yeah , but all GMes who were and still are ehmehm holes , but some of them changed. We want a complete evolution of New GMes (those new people in trail) for example.

At least , that may refresh something ingame community.

being gm is a job. entusiastic and completely unpaid one. this is one of downfalls.
another is fixed ammount of tourneys so you need to host atleast X tourneys per month. here it becomes routine. this is another downfall.

and on last you can't really control mod rules. one of examples is no shovel. in result you had to send prize and enlist person in logs no matter how gay he played, so at some point you stop giving a fuck and it becomes quite routine too.

for people who got job n stuff spending 2 free hours of 6 avaible just to fulfil duties when you have no reward at all is quite unreasonable. for me, i'd better spend that time playing with people i know other then hosting another tourney almost full of 14 y/o handless retards if not younger. so if you belive being gm is completely awesome, think again.
are you willing to spend 2 hours a day for job with no payment or not? and thats quite a job.

I, being a trial and all, actually am enjoying the experience a lot. Sure, I'm taking a bit of time out of my life to do this, but seriously, all I'm doing extra only may take up to an hour of extra 'work'/stuff each day. I don't understand why everyone thinks it's some sort of 'job', it requires little to no labor, and even if I wasn't GM (trial), I'd be wasting my time on the forums anyway. The work we do as GMs are very simple, quite fun, and is a lot easier with the amount of GMs on the team.

Now, about the GMs being 'ass holes'.. I have NO idea where anyone is getting that from. I've been supervised by nearly all of the GMs, not to mention I've been to most of the other trial's tournaments, and never have I ever even got the impression that someone felt something was unfair, we were being mean, the list goes on. Seriously, I will try to lighten up.. but really? I personally thought out of anyone that the GMs would be considered the more sociable and nice group of people. I'd like to hear some more opinions on this.

Noone complains. Indeed, they may simply don't share their opinions but that's unlikely. Anyway, I claim to send prizes of decent and already said value and you seems to be implying (again) that's the other way around (I have my logs behind me, you have only your words).
If that's bothering you so bad, I can prepare analysis of my all logs to estimate average worth of items used as prizes - I'm certain it'd be more than 5k/2k, possible near 7k/3k (reminder - fast tourneys on fun mods gets cheaper prizes).

Your attitude, as you seem to be trying to discredit current team a bit for reasons that are unclear for me.

it's not "everyone" that people who used to be gms and not to be cocky quite okay ones.
when you will be gm for 1-3 month you will understand. been here done that, tho of course you can say that it's fun and stuff, but when excitement will run out after month or so, you will think exactly the same way i described.
