Uh I can speak from experience and tell you that I have absolutely no sexual feelings for women. In fact, seeing one would probably turn me off. Many of my friends/exes experience the same thing, so what you are saying is very unfair to say.

There could be people that call themselves gay, while they are actually bisexual/pansexual/whatever, but there are gay people that feel no attraction at all to the opposite gender.

Is that biological female? People who identify as female? People who present as female? How about biological females presenting as males? How about biological females who identify as male? How about biological males who identify as female but present as male?

Do you understand how ridiculous your statement is? On a sidenote, I'd LOVE to see you try answer the above questions in a politically correct manner!

Attraction is not governed by the conscious part of your brain, your subconscious works with heuristics, not facts. There is absolutely no one on Earth who is attracted based on pure facts, let alone on some predicate as absurd as "are they male" (still I don't know why you even mean, do you mean "XY"? "he/him/his"? Pants?).

You can still like women and label yourself as gay since bisexuality isn't a legitimate sexual orientation

Any sources or arguments to back up that bisexual isn't a legitimate sexual orientation? Because that would help.

my main idea on this is the way you are is affected by others and other things( just to make this clear)

Like anything an idea or perception of something is built on and not "there from the start" like birth. Many other animals(other than humans) have participated in homesexual acts. you can really study how it develops because the intrusive factor of sombody or something watching you affects your behavior and mental growth ( in some way shape or form). Now back to what i was saying before like any idea/thought/perception it is developed meaning when you enter puberty (as a human idk about other animals) you first start becoming interested in sex whatever it is to that person ( straight gay bisexual or even no sexual orientation). so now you see it is that its developed and affected by things around you (what you see, read, hear, everything) in some way the things you pick up in the course of your life will ultimately affect your sexual orientation (thats why people say that they dont prefer something else for seemingly no reason). This is why you act like a friend, family member, etc meaning you owe who you are in a way to everybody you have ever met, or read something about, or have heard, or saw on tv because who you are is a reflection of things around you. so yea this is my idea on this topic hope some or all of you agree, but if no such is life.

( by those last 2 sentences i mean your thought processes, now dont think because i say this it means its sombody elses "fault" (if you are unhappy or did something bad) because you still are and individual who can think on your own so its up to you how your life plays out not sombody else's(good or bad))
