Firstly I would like to congradulate Jags on LDR! Way to step up man. Welcome to my nightmare. ;) Obviously I don't have the activity to serve as any form of real officer lately, so I think this is just awesome. I'm always around(even if I don't sign in) and will be ICOF untill you all kick me the eff out :P

1. Kill the ranks, our numbers are too few and they seem to only cause problems. Pik and I set it up as a way for people to try to better themselves while aiming for a particular goal as well as forming a system of mentoring and a 'pecking order' if you would. P-H-ail.

2. Maos has ALWAYS been loyal, freindly, and helpful in all of my dealings with him, I support him as Co-LDR 100%

3. Fix the clan, then worry about bringing new people in. I see a group of highly dedicated clan members here, do you really need or want a bunch of others to EFF it all up and drama-tize it? Your choice obviously but I've seen it again, and again.

4. The riot squad was started as a group that was supposed to be our bad asses. If someone made our 'red list'(only 2 people ever did) then it was up to the riot squad to make them regret ever messing with ICOF. They were supposed to be the best of many now as you say, the clan could be the riot squad.

why cant you join again edjr? your pretty loyal to a clan you dont belong to :/

if I had an opinion, i would vote edjr back into the clan (unless it was your choice to leave)

And I guess kaos has a point about fixing the clan before recruiting, but how we fix the clan? wat are the problems?
I think the reason of a clan is because they do something special that makes them want to stay together. Theory (just my opinions) new clans tend to have more posts activities because they have a goal, something to work on, the freshness but after a while the clan is at a level at which there isnДt much things to work on and the clan gets bored and starts looking for either new clans which has stuff pending or looking for the better clans which will give them some kind of honor or respect just having the tag on
