doxxy is that the shading tut? i read it very helpful. blending is still hard for me no matter what.

Teknik, yup. Also practice blending. It's actually really important.

simple cartoons like these take me a long time and they don't even turn out as I'd like them to. But i'm going to keep practising.

Definitely keep practicing. You'll only get better if you do it lots and lots \o/
