My favourite weapons.. (I use most weapons silenced when possible, as the more I prestiege, the more I notice that not having a silencer is like waving a big flag in the air that says "kill me" every time you shoot >.> to kill noob tubers I just use grenadier build most of the time, cause if I'm gonna use a GL, it might as well be from the pansiest weapon on the face of the earth.)
Assault Rifles:
ACR (Fire rate destroys most Lvl>48 opponents, if I see one on the ground I will pick it up.)
FAL (Damage, Accuracy, Semi-Auto-Godliness)
AK-47 (No need for explaination.. this is the best weapon ever it's just too bad it's unlocked until level 70.. like the ACR, if I see one I'll pick it up.)
SMGs:
All.. Probably MP5K, UMP, & P90 are my faves just for the damage.. I had a good vector build going once though, and if I'm on a build with stopping power and I run by a mini-uzi, I'll pick it up because then it's like an UMP.. although I only usually use SMGs in the tightest maps or in knifing builds.
LMGs:
All.. but I'd really rather use an assault rifle.. if I had to choose one I would say the M240. Really though, if I run by any lmg I'll pick it up just so I can unlock the silencer on it because these things are like "SNIPE ME IN THE HEAD, HEY OPPONENTS, YOU GOT THERMAL AND A RED DOT ON YOUR RADAR?" *1 bloodymess later* "I guess they did..

Sniper Rifles:
I like the Barrett .50 Cal and the WA2000.. The Barrett because.. in MW2 we're spoiled to have it unlocked so early ^^ and the WA2000 because.. I always seem to headshot with it in thermal, it's my most preferred thermal weapon aside from the M21 EBR.. the M21 is alright but it just doesn't feel as powerful as the Barrett or the WA2000..
Riot Shield:
Meh.. good with the right secondary. I prefer glocks or pp2000 so I usually just use the standard riot control build if I'm giong to use a riot shield.
Machine pistols:
The PP2000.. single-wielded, you can take people out as if you were using an M4A1...
Shotguns:
Striker is godly.. slow reload but when you get 5 kills it hardly matters.. plus it doesn't lose power with the silencer so you can stealth kill with a shotgun.. Also, I like the akimbo Rangers because it's like instant death to commando knifers. The M1014 is alright.. I normally go unsilenced with it though and it ruins the fun because if you kill 2 people the third person is definitely going to know where you are lol.. and the AA-12 I found disappointing.. from the vids of seen of the real one on youtube, when I first played multiplayer after beating the game on veteran it was like using a very loud water pistol.. still though, once you get used to it's crappy range you can take out knifers with it and it comes out quickly, I like all the shotguns for different levels actually.. the only one I never really use because I find it too slow to take out, too slow to ADS, too slow between shots, is the SPAS-12.. Although, it does have the longest range so I still occasionally use it with a silencer when I feel like being stealthy..
Handguns:
All.. my favourite is the M9, but they're all decent.. magnums & deagles are just plain fun.
Launchers:
All.. The Thumper, AT4 & RPG-7 for revenge, the Stinger for taking down vehicles, the Javelin for humiliation and certain game modes where areas are key.
Equipment:
All.. Throwing Knives, Claymores, Flashbangs, Frags.
