What? How can you NOT play Team Fortress 2? I practically live on it. Plus Battlefield Bad Company 2 and Left4Dead series. I recommend any of those.

Ok, well in my opinion, skill doesn't matter at this P0int (lol) in time because I see clans as a way to grow, in terms of skill and maturity. If you spend enough time with decent player, there's nothing stopping you from becoming better yourself. I would suggest to just recruit keep players, new or experienced.

I don't want to sounds rude, but Jago, you don't seem to be acting enough as a leader to do anything significant. You need to take lead and charge into the problem head on. You should also clean up the forum as well, that's alot of page you've got, and it feels alot better when everything is tidy. Make a rubbish bin thread and merge everything to it, then delete all the unecessary threads.
