I suggest instead of evening of changing peoples sides in the clan any new recruits are just put straight into the fire side.
I know babyneo wants to join he isn't too bad at all but I) think he should be tested to see if he is commited to the clan. So vince if you want to do your thing :P

Lumpy it's called clan hopping, it just pisses people of. It can make you out to be unreliable which is a really critical quality in all clans. I think if you had waited a little longer and grew with the clan instead, things would have gone down very differently.
