Just start marketing Toribash items, buy some skins from people for TC you earned or sell the TC for USD and then buy skins from OPskins. It's what I did. \o/
I could have bought another $95 worth of skins but I owed a friend some money and he wanted Runescape gold so I bought him like 350mil.
