lol, man i was joking... its not how many people want to follow exactly, its just like a saying. in order to be a leader you need people to want you to be a leader.

i am off to holiday 2moz so i wont be active for a week.

You cannot simply elect yourself as a leader, its something that you do passivly in every breath you take, its like your personality, you cant just change into a leader you either have it or you dont.
Just be yourself and see where it takes you from there.

I like that you want to take up some responsibility but i would rather wait a while before i give the green light, if your still here in 6 months to a year ill recommend you for recruiter.
If you haven't found it already there is a thread called "Icof Ranks" and once that is tidied up and new members are added we can resume using it.
After that point i believe its at Sargent rank or higher that can recruit new members.... Where it sits now i would put you at recruit rank. Either way itll take months of loyalty before you get there.
