I have an idea, why donДt we change recruitment system from app in thread to freeform app via PM to councilor?

Well, I tried that system with PMs once - neverrrrrrr again.

Apps to councilors... shudder, I would have to build an electrified security fence around my mailbox. I like the free form app idea Aleks, but in practice here in toribash land, people will write even "suckier" applications. Then we get in the annoying position of having to coax each tiny bit of info from the prospective candidate. I would personally be very happy to see one single application from anyone, where the applicant presents the requested info in a creative way that allows us insight into who they are.
