Ultimate Aikido should be big dojo. We already have enough regular aikido servers anyway and plus it would be kinda rewarding to finally get to 3rd dan. Ya know that feeling, a chance to play a new mod for once?
On that note, i think all ultimate servers should get different mods since 3rds and up still have access to the black belt servers anyway. Because right now it seems that the reward for playing 3000 matches is "more rooms." (not really motivating imo)

You can play BigDojoAikido before you've hit 3000 Qi, just by creating a room.

Motivation shouldn't be needed, just play the game for fun. Before you know it a few thousand matches have gone by, you've had a laugh and generally speaking you'll get more from the game that way.
I still lol at the aikido replay in my autosave of Siku deciding the other guy needed a hug. ^_^
