I think Life should be something made from Organic material. Water, Cells, Proteins, and life should contain DNA in my opinion is what makes something living.

Just as a note.
"Organic material" is any compound that contains carbon.
Which 1) does not include water and 2) is unnecessarily restrictive.
In addition, you probably don't really understand the nature of DNA, given that it is simultaneously extremely complex (such that any data-storing molecule developed by say, life evolving on titan, would be completely different) and at the same time remarkably variable, as it forms the disparate coding for every single kind of living thing on this planet.

On a more significant note, this is supposed to be a sensible discussion, so evidence, or at the very least logical reasoning should be present.
"I think this thing and that thing because that is what I think hurr durr" is not particular valid reasoning strategy, and I definitely recall people being infracted for statements of equal uselessness.

If life does indeed exist, I expect the "DNA" to be totally different, but still an acid responsible for shifting proteins. Of course, it'd be even more interesting if this supposed lifeform was totally different.

What we can probably safely say is that the discovery of new life will lead to a biological revolution, since we only have one point of reference at this point in time.
It'd be nice to think that there is at least something out there that's alive, other than earth
