Hmm, it's looking good so far. Even for an early wip the mounth, nose and chin seem pretty nicely done. However, I'm not too fond of the mask style. Maybe make another mask in a different, more morbid/demonic style?

@Ferrock2: Just read the edited version of your post . Most of the people who said they would participate haven't posted any work at all or recently. I don't want to enforce any rules regarding their work pace, but I wouldn't mind seeing their wips by the end of this week in case they would have to change anything in their set.

I just tested it ingame. The mapping so far looks perfect, however might I suggest changing the background color? Having the same color as the horns doesn't seem to highlight them. I dk if you had something in mind, but if you did then go with your plan it would probably be better this way.

The head looks to be quite promising, I think it will be amazing after you finish it.
