Sup guys.
It's time for another big event from the GM team.

This idea has been brought on by avwave's pony avatar April fools joke. Since then, there has been a massive amount of Llama avatars being made for users all over the community. So, we put two and two together and came up with the basis for this event.
LLAMAS VS PONIES

Basically, there are two sides: One side is lead by avwave (ponies), the other by SpaceLlama (llamas). There is no limit as to how many members can be on either team, but if the teams are uneven come the start date of the competition, they will be evened out fairly by the GMs.

Whichever team you are on, you will support. And there will be an icon below your avatar on the forums to show which team you are on.

IMPORTANT: There are only THREE days to join a team. After three days are up, people won't be accepted into the team.

The Rules:
- There will be no flaming other contestants. Yes we want there to be competition, but please, keep it clean.
- Banter is allowed though. (Talk or exchange remarks in a good-humored teasing way.)

-No alt accounts. Use your main account and pick one side.

Getting down to business:
So, the way this event will run is as follows;

- This event works by both team points and individual points. So gather as many points as you can to benefit both yourself and your team.

- Each team will then be put into a table. This table will show opposing players from each team versing each other for one match only (first to three). This means that NOBODY on the same team will verse each other at all throughout this event. All pairs will be matched by closest GMTs.

- If you are to ping during a match, you will have 2 minutes to return or else your opponent wins. If you ping twice in the same match. Your opponent will win by default.
Failure to show up to a dated match will result in your opponent winning by default.

- All events will have points allocated to the winners and in some cases, the top three members. After the month is over, the points for each individual will be added up. And the points for the teams will be added up (totals of each individual within that team).

- Each match for ALL events within this event will be hosted with a mod from the GM Mod Pack. So be sure to have it downloaded from HERE.

- Every match will be hosted by a GM so as to avoid cheating and whatnot and everything will be officially logged so that there is no confusion, just like the usual tournaments you see from day to day.

- The duration of this event will probably be until the end of the month.

PRIZES!
So, for a big event, you expect big prizes.
Well, how's this.

1st Place
The person with the most points on each team will receive either a Golden Llama, or a Golden Pony. They will also receive a Helios Pack for Llamas or a Hot Pink Pack for Ponies.

2nd Place
The person with the second most points on each team will receive a Helios force, Helios blood and Helios relax for Llamas or a Hot Pink force, Hot Pink blood and Hot Pink relax for Ponies.

3rd Place
The person with the third most points on each team will receive Helios force and Helios blood for Llamas or a Hot Pink force and Hot Pink blood for Ponies.

BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!!

All members of the winning team will receive an achievement made in their name.
All members of the losing team will also receive an achievement made in their name.
Lastly, on restock day, the top main toribash banner will be changed to either the usual ponies one, or to a llamas one depending on the victor.
